Coping with stress

A workshop by Tony Saddington

Stress has become an inevitable part of our daily lives, in both personal and work situations. We cannot always avoid stressful situations and what we need to be able to do is to manage our stress more effectively. This workshop will give participants a better understanding of stress and learn effective ways of managing it. This will lead to a healthier lifestyle and improve both personal and work relationships. Also, as time is one of our greatest stressors, the workshop covers basic time-management skills. Participants will explore how to use time constructively, avoid time-wasting behaviours, and feel more in control of their daily lives.

This is a practical course in which active participation is encouraged. The workshop will be run experientially and includes group sessions, structured experiences and short theory sessions.

Time needed for workshop:
One full day (or equivalent number of sessions)
